After contacting Tine it was arranged for Emily to come to our house, Cleo bonded instantly with Emily and enjoyed all the fuss and treats, especially the liver paste, Cleo drifted off to sleep and passed away very peacefully. Emily showed such kindness to not only Cleo but our whole family, a couple of days later we received a beautiful card from Emily with such lovely words, we will treasure that card along with the 13 years of wonderful memories we had with our girl Cleo. Emily I can only describe you as an earth angel, you are amazing xx Jane Davies2025-02-11Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If I could give a million star review I really would. Our cat Woody declined quite quickly and within a few days from a visit to the vets I knew it was time to say goodbye. With the anxiety visiting the vets caused for both Woody and myself. From getting him in the cat box, the car journey, the waiting room then finally going in to see the vet, we decided to have Woody put to rest at home. I contacted Tine quite late one evening and she kindly responded with such compassion that I knew it was the right thing to do. Tine came to our home 2 days later. I will never be able to thank her for how everything was explained so calmly. Nothing was rushed and Woody slipped peacefully away just how he would have wanted. Tine took Woody to the most beautiful farm to be cremated. I then collected him a couple of days later. Thank you to Tine and Paws over the rainbow for being so incredibly amazing. Loulou was 15 1/2 and had although still engaging had been struggling for a while as were we. She had been with us from 7 weeks old. On 08.02.25 Tine made our final goodbye for Loulou peaceful and dignified in her own home. She had all the time in the world for us and reassured us every step of the way, and was kind and gentle with Loulou after her passing. For all of this we will be forever grateful. Tine was incredibly supportive and empathetic through this difficult time and made sure we understood what was happening at every point. She helped our little Bessie feel loved and cared for in her last moments. Bessie passed very peacefully and we are very pleased that Tine helped her get to kitty heaven in such a dignified and gentle way. We very sadly had to have our beautiful Tally put to sleep on 9th Jan 2025, it was a very hard decision to make but was made so much easier with the help of Emily, she was so very kind and patient, taking time to talk us through all that was going to happen as well as taken great care that Tally was comfortable and in no way distressed or worried, the fact we could all be in our own home while we said good bye was a lovely peaceful way for such a sad moment to take place, I cannot thank Emily enough for being so lovely and kind. My Beautiful 11 year old Zya cat was sadly diagnosed with terminal Cancer on the 30th of November 2024 and although we did all we could to manage his symptoms and ensure he was pain free. I realised late on Christmas eve that his time had come and he was now suffering. I phoned Paws over the rainbow at 8am on Christmas morning, through my tears all I heard was this warm voice saying "I will be there in an hour" an hour later Tine arrived. Immediately I knew that I had made the right call. Tine was kind and compassionate not only with my precious boy but also with myself and my family. She calmly explained every step of the process, and ensured that we had enough time and space to say our goodbyes. My boy always hated going to the vet so giving him the gift of passing at home was always going to be important to me. My heart is still broken but I know that in his final moments he wasn't scared, he was comfortable and surrounded by so much love. The service That Paws over the rainbow offer is exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone who sadly finds they need them. It was a time we had been dreading so much so to be able to say goodbye at home was a blessing for us and for Pebbles. Tine was so lovely, compassionate and caring, nothing was rushed or stressful, she talked us through the whole process and Pebbles passed away peacefully as we all gave him cuddles and said our goodbyes. We cannot thank you enough Tine for making such a sad day bearable, knowing in our hearts that we had done the right thing and our lovely old cat passed with dignity surrounded by love at home. Thank you so much. John and Elaine. Lilian Evans2024-12-30Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. On Boxing Day 2024 our beautiful black 14 and a half year old Standard Poodle started to behave differently, standing and staring at nothing. All our children and grandchildren were visiting and so everyone he loved were there with him. He fell into a deep sleep on the sitting room floor at 10pm after everyone left, tried to get up at 2 and his legs wouldn't support him. His left back leg was stiff and useless. He dragged himself to a different position and stayed asleep and unmoving . After trying our own vet and asking for a home visit we tried other local practises. Then we found Paws Over the Rainbow on Google search. Tine the vet was on calls in thick fog and said she would be unable to help Jasper to pass until 8.30pm. She made other suggestions for us to try, and then checked with us every couple of hours until she arrived early at 7pm. She was so kind and gentle with Jasper and explained every step clearly as we were distraught. Then she injected a sedative although he seemed unaware and then prepared his leg for a cannula through which she administered the euthanasia chemicals. As pensioners we were unable to lift him but Tine wrapped him in his blanket and helped our daughter carry him into the cool conservatory to rest until our sons could bury him in the garden next day. I could not have found a better kinder person to help Jasper leave us. We are so grateful. I can’t recommended this company enough for their support at this hugely difficult time. They never rushed me, answered all my questions in a caring and sensitive manor and were incredibly professional from start to finish. I had cold feet the day before and they helped to put my mind at ease to realise I was making the right decision. They even went above and beyond to bring his ashes back home to us on Xmas Eve. Excellent service and highly recommended. We will miss our boy terribly but I’m so pleased we were able to say goodbye in such a calm manner.
