I contacted Tine on the Tuesday sharing my concerns over my baby & she said she could come Thursday morning. We asked if she should come later in the evening & she was so kind and accommodating. Tine was calm, had so much love & empathy and explained the process of what was happening. After, Tine let us have time to say goodbye and never rushed us. I was struggling to cope with letting my baby go in Tine’s car & my husband asked if we could drive my baby to Kings Hill. She was so so kind and let us drive separately so I could hold my boy in the car to the location & Tine never rushed us to get there. I am so incredibly grateful for everything Tine has done for us & I am so grateful that my baby was able to rest in the comfort of his home and in my arms due to the service Paws Over The Rainbow provides. Thank you so much Tine for your love, kindness and empathy & for being so accommodating for my family & I & letting my baby rest peacefully.Posted on Google Tomasz RaczynskiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Letting go of our Roxi girl was one of the hardest decisions we've ever made, but Tine from Paws Over The Rainbow made the heartbreaking situation a peaceful and respectful moment. She gave us reassurance that we were making the right decision and took her time with our girl, and us her Mum's and her sister Betsy. I can honestly say if you are unsure, take the time to speak to Paws Over The Rainbow, they were so supportive and understanding. We can't thank them enough. A personal thank you again to Tine, our girl felt safe and loved with her, and I knew she would be taken care of whilst she was with her.Posted on Google SarahTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Tine helped our precious girl Roxi over the rainbow yesterday and as painful as it was to say goodbye, Tine made the experience beautiful and so peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for a more dignified peaceful passing for our girl. Tine was also amazing with us and no moment was rushed or a burden. She provided love, warmth and reassurance throughout which made us as the mums grateful and that in our moment of sadness, Roxi had someone there to support this. I can’t thank paws over the rainbow enough for what they’ve done for us, even the follow up email offered pet bereavement counselling which is just lovely. What a wonderful service they provide in honouring our precious beloved pets. Highly recommend and if anyone is unsure with their decision, please speak to them. They will guide and support where needed.Posted on Google Jaysha MistryTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. From first contact it was clear that everyone at paws over the rainbow are incredibly caring, knowledgeable and supportive. I had so many questions and they talked me through everything and listened to my ramble about how hard making this decision was and how heartbreaking it is for our family. Emily the vet that came on the day was so patient and kind, she even helped us to explain it all to our young son because he has been so sad about loosing his furry big brother. We can’t thank paws over the rainbow enough, it’s not an easy decision or time for any family but using a service such as this means you can say goodbye in a safe space for your dog and we know that he’s no longer suffering and in pain. If you find yourself in the position of having to let go and say goodbye to your furry family member I couldn’t recommend paws over the rainbow more highly. Thank you all and again to Emily especially for the beautifully thoughtful card that she sent us afterwards too.Posted on Google James DunnTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My wife April and I had to make the difficult decision to put our sweet 11 year old boxer, Layla to rest on Sunday. She was tired and ready, but holding on for us. When she would go to the vet she would become anxious and stressed and we didn’t want that to be her last moments here on earth. We found Dr. Briley with Paws Over the Rainbow and we are SO glad that we did. She came to our house the same night that we called, introduced herself to us and to Layla. Layla was at such ease, resting and eating some yummy snacks. Dr. Briley was so patient and caring, allowing for us to have our moment(s) with our precious girl, we never once felt rushed. She explained the entire process before hand. When it was time, everything was so peaceful, we sat and chatted a bit in our living room, with our Layla dot lying there, looking more peaceful than she had looked in months. Dr. Briley took Layla to have a private cremation and will return her to us at our home. She easily made one of the most difficult and sad moments into something beautiful. Our baby girl gave us 11 years of pure joy and love, the least we could do is help her cross the rainbow bridge without stress and in her own bed in her own home. We HIGHLY recommend Dr. Briley, she was beyond amazing and compassionate.Posted on Google Anoushka JeacocksTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I understand why all of the reviews say that they couldn't recommend you enough. We are so grateful to have found you. From the friendly and reassuring phone service, checking in through WhatsApp, Nikki's incredibly nuturing and safe energy on the day. Being talked through every step. Being given enough time to process, grieve and properly say goodbye. The beautiful presentation of the scatter tube (ashes) and the hand written card. Thank you so much for making the hardest day of our lives as easy as possible. And for making Ralphie's cross over so peaceful and beautiful.Posted on Google Michelle EvansTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had to have our beautiful golden retriever Bella put to sleep on 26 April 2026 following a lengthy battle with chronic kidney disease. Aged only 4, we were shocked and devastated when Bella started to deteriorate rapidly in just a few days. We had always been reluctant to have home euthanasia, but by the day of her passing she had declined so badly that we were left with no alternative. The vet, Tine, is one of the most kind-hearted people we have ever met. Seeing that both myself and my husband were visibly distressed, her calming words provided not only reassurance that we were doing the right thing for Bella, and at the right time, but also Tine created a real atmosphere of peace for our darling girl's final moments. She was dignified and respectful towards Bella and gave us the privacy to say goodbye before gently wrapping her. She told us in no uncertain terms that our girl was ready to go and that our loss was comparable to losing a child. We subsequently received a beautiful card from Tine, which was very touching and really helped us get through a very distressing time. We cannot thank Tine too highly - she is a superb professional who brought a sense of calm and peace to one of the darkest days of our lives. Please pass on our thanks to Tine: she is a true angel.Posted on Google AnnetteTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If you are reading this and wondering if the time is right then yes, it is, do not hesitate. I put off sending my beautiful Koshka away over the rainbow, maybe a little too long, but when I made the call Tine was kind, thoughtful and comforting. I cannot praise her enough for the care and compassion she gave to me and to my little Koshka when she came the following day. She took time to find out about Koshkas' life with me, her personality, her funny ways, and after we had said goodbye to Koshka and sent her sleeping, Tine didn't rush off, she gave time for me to reflect. It's 4 weeks now since Koshka went over the rainbow and of course I miss her terribly, but thank you to Tine and her whole team, you are wonderful. So grateful for your care and service, you made it bearable. Annette
