When you contact or visit Paws Over the Rainbow online, what personal information do we receive about you?

When you contact us via email, the only information we have is your email address unless you volunteer to share more. If you contact us by phone, text or WhatsApp, we would usually ask for your email address, postal adress and phone number so we can respond to your enquiry and offer a home euthanasia visit.

When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address. Tools such as Google Analytics provide us with information that helps us to understand how we are receiving incoming ‘web traffic’, such as what type of device and which internet browser you are using. This helps us improve how we present our online information to best match customers’ preferences.

As well as corresponding with you about the services you may have commissioned from us, with your permission we may also send you emails with information about other aspects of Paws Over the Rainbow.
