I am writing this review, as Paws over the Rainbow deserve a five star rating.

I had contacted a number of other companies to ask for help as my sisters beloved dog Bella, had unfortunately been diagnosed with terminal cancer.

What paticularly struck me immediately, was the empathy that they showed and the time they took to listen and advise me of the next steps to take.

I was informed that if, Bella needed assistance from them, over a weekend or a week day, that there would be no extra cost, as they would never let an animal suffer.
This point really touched me as it showed the compassion and care they have for animals.

Tina visited my sisters home on a Monday morning, she examined Bella thourally and explained in full detail to my sister, so patiently, Bellas condition and potentially the suffering that little Bella would have, if she was to experience a natural end of life.

My sister really needed Tina’s expert advice and guidance as without this, I firmly believe my sister would not have accepted letting Bella go and would have gone on to suffer.

Tina spent almost two hours at my sisters home and showed the upmost compassion, caring and dignified end for Bella.

Bella passed away so peacefully in my sisters arms, in her loving home and this is all thanks to Tina.

I understand that companies have to make a living and thank goodness we have them at such a sad critical time when needed but Paws above the rainbow, absolutely above and beyond.

The love and empathy and they show to animals and their owners are outstanding.

I will never be able to thank Tina enough for what she did, to help little Bella and my sister.

I highly highly recommend this company and will forever be in Tinas debt for all of her help and support.

I sincerely hope you never need to use this company but please trust me, when I say, you would most definitely want Tina by your side.

Best wishes to Tina and all at Paws over the Rainbow

Kind regards

We cannot thank Tine from Paws Over the Rainbow enough for the compassionate and professional care she provided during the at-home euthanasia of our beloved dog, Cody 2 days ago.
His deterioration happened fast and facing Cody’s final moments was heartbreaking, but Tine’s kindness and understanding made the experience far less traumatic for us.
Despite coming at very short notice, Tine kept us updated and arrived promptly and brought a calm, empathetic presence that put us at ease. She treated Cody with such gentleness and respect, ensuring he was comfortable and peaceful throughout the process. Her warmth extended to us as well, as she patiently listened to our feelings and guided us through every step with care and clarity. It was clear she understood the depth of our loss, and her professionalism made all the difference during such a difficult time.
Tine’s ability to balance compassion with efficiency is truly special, and we’re so grateful for her support in giving Cody a dignified, loving goodbye at home in his bed where he belonged. We wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone facing this tough decision. Thank you, Tine, for helping us honor Cody’s memory with such grace.

I’d like to share our experience using Paws over the rainbow.
We were recommended by a friend who had Tine come to the family home to help her lovely dog Woody to pass on.
It’s quite possibly the best decision my wife and I could have made to contact Tine, from the very first phone call I was shown the most upmost support, advice and compassion and we made the appointment for Emily to come to our home to assist Bella our sweet little doggie cross over the rainbow and onto to a life of no further pain and suffering.
Emily was lovely and soon gained Bella’s trust and friendship, she explained the procedure in precise details and after spending 30 minutes fussing her she got out the Liver paste ( which Bella had never had before) and from that moment on she licked and licked off my fingers and didn’t even know Emily had administered the sedative into the back of her tiny neck.

Within 10 mins Bella was in the land of nod big style, we stroked, patted and kissed her and then Emily gave her the final injection of which she was completely oblivious to.
Emily then went and sat in her car outside and left us alone to say our last words of love and goodbyes to our most cherished little girl who had given us 13 yrs of love and affection.

We have had to take previous dogs to vet surgeries to be euthanised and always found that heartbreaking but with Paws over rainbow they make it feel like a family goodbye with no stress to you pet.

If we could change the review rating to 10 stars we would.
All we can say is massive thanks ladies and you did Bella proud!

Yesterday morning we knew we had to say goodbye to our beloved 16 year old Yorkie Archie as it was time. We contacted Tine and she was with us later that morning. Tine was just lovely, kind and empathetic and talked us through each of the stages calmly and was lovely with our beautiful boy. We will always feel truly grateful and blessed as Tine made something so so hard into a beautiful, peaceful and dignified experience for our beloved little Archie and for us and we will always be so thankful and grateful for that.
Thank you Tine this option that you lovingly provide is a god send and has helped us massively with our grieving process, this service you provide is absolutely wonderful.
R I P our special little man, you have been the best dog and we love you dearly.

I don’t quite know if my words can describe how grateful we are to Paws over the Rainbow. Tine arrived at 8pm to save our precious girl from anymore suffering, she was so full of compassion and kindness for the most difficult situation.
Tine talked gently through each stage of the process, and I have to say, I couldn’t have been any more prepared and settled than I felt, my beautiful girl drifted away with pure love , the upmost respect was there for us all.
I couldn’t be more grateful to Tine for her kindness and love shown to us all. What an earth Angel she is…. Please do t hesitate to ask for her assistance, she is truly amazing. My heart bursts with gratitude in the most profoundly difficult time in my life. XxxxxX

I would like to say a huge thank you to Tine and Emily for their kindness and compassion when I had to say goodbye to my big dopey greyhound Buzz . He passed with dignity in his own bed and it was good that my other dogs were there making it easier for them to process .
A first class service , everything was explained and there was no rush, don’t know what I’d have done without them x

Its such a terrible decision to make after 13 years with your pet but from the moment she arrived Tine was amazing. Talked us through what was happening with Tess and really made us feel at ease with what we were doing. She talked us through the whole procedure proffesionaly and sympatheticallywith plrenty of reassurance that we were doing the right thing. It was a great help to say goodbye to Tess at home with both of us present and her lying in her favourite place. Thankyou Trine, Jon Sarah and Tess

5 star’s and more.
We were very blessed over 15 years ago when a gorgeous Springer Spaniel pup, to be named Pebbles, crawled on to my daughter’s knee, watched on by my son and I, and chose us.
Pebs was a such joy and gave so much – love, empathy, friendship, fun, healthy lifestyle and the odd water and ball related drama. She was my third child.
Recently, she had been really struggling in so many ways and despite my absolute, total heartache, I called Tine.
Tine from the start was so kind, sensitive and comforting and I knew Paws Over the Rainbow was for us.
The day arrived all too soon and with both my children present, Tine bonded beautifully with Pebbles and us – gaining a sense of just how special she was. She compassionately and reassuringly guided us through, allowing us all the time we needed. It was so peaceful. Perfect for Pebbles.
Thank you Tine for helping us, especially me, let go…

We are so pleased to have had Paws over the rainbow help us say goodby to our wonderful boy Benson. From the start Tina helped us to understand we had made the right decision to send our beloved boy Benson over rainbow bridge. Every step was explained in a compassionate personal and friendly way, including that, we had come to the very hard decision to say goodby to our Boy. Emily came to us, and words are not enough to say how wonderful she was to Benson or us, she explained that we had come to the right decision for him, and gave us all of the time in the world to ensure he was comfortable in our arms so he was safe and settled so he went over the bridge in peace. W e have him back with us now after collecting him from Kings Hill, who were also very kind and compassionate. Thank you to Tina and Emily for the love and support you gave us over this very difficult time. 🌈💕xx
